Does the keyboard require special drivers?
The keyboard is plug & play and uses the standard keyboard and HID drivers stored on the operating system.
How do I disable / enable the Num Lock key at startup?
With new operating systems (Win. 7 and 8) you have to turn off Numlock only once at the start up, the computer automatically remember that the Numlock must be off.
With older operating systems, you can changes the BIOS, this can best be done by someone from the IT Department, not by users themselves, to avoid problems in the BIOS.

You can adjust how Microsoft Windows handles the Num Lock status by editing the Windows registry. See our registry section for additional information about the Windows registry and potential problems that may occur if edited improperly.
Click Start, click Run, and type regedit to open the Windows registry editor.
In the registry, open the below folders.

Within the keyboard folder, you should have a string value named "InitialKeyboardIndicators" with a value of 0, 1, or 2. Below is the explanation of each of these values.

0 = Num Lock is turned OFF after the logon.
1 = Disable Num Lock.
2 = Numlock is turned ON after the logon.
How do you get the € sign?
Ctrl. + Alt. + 5 (or E)
The keyboard does not respond when connected to the PC.
There are several possible causes. Try the following options:

Try connecting the keyboard to a different USB port. Preferably one that is connected directly to the PC. Then restart your computer.
With which OS is the C-board 810 compatible?
Windows 98, XT, 2000, Vista, Win. 7, 8 and 10 etc.
As for other OS such as Apple Mac and Linux system, the S-board should work with those computers as long as the system supports USB keyboard.
However; function keys (Office short cut keys, multimedia keys, Windows keys etc) on S-board might not work properly on those non-Windows OS PCs.
